These terms cover your use of sirromstudios.com. Specific client work is governed by a separate, signed engagement agreement. By using the site you agree to the terms below.
1. Who we are
Sirrom Studios is a creative systems studio based in Michigan, United States. References to “Sirrom Studios,” “we,” or “us” mean Sirrom Studios. “You” means the person visiting or using this site.
2. Using the site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, its servers, or the experience of other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
- Use the site or any content from it to violate someone else’s rights or applicable law.

Client logos and project screenshots are shown with permission to illustrate the work we’ve done together. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Client engagements
Submitting a project inquiry through the contact form does not create a contract or a client relationship. Work begins only after a written proposal or statement of work is signed by both parties. That separate agreement, not this page, governs scope, deliverables, ownership, fees, and timelines.
5. Third-party links
The site may link to other websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirrom Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirrom Studios and anyone working with us will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for claims related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Sirrom Studios harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute related to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
