Sirrom Studios (“Sirrom Studios,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit sirromstudios.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you actively give us. That includes:
- Contact form details — name, email, business or organization, the type of help you’re looking for, budget range, timeline, and the message you write.
- Email correspondence — anything you send to hello@sirromstudios.com or to a project email thread.
- Maker Space workshop — if you register for our Maker Space AI workshop, we collect your first name and email address (required to save your place and progress), which AI platform you choose, your module-completion progress, and any optional feedback you leave. A separate, clearly labeled checkbox lets you opt in to marketing/newsletter emails; leaving it unchecked has no effect on your workshop access. We record whether and when you gave that consent.
- Basic server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp for security and reliability purposes.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personally identifying information.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential project.
- To send project-related communication once you become a client.
- To run the Maker Space workshop — save your registration and progress, send you a confirmation email with a link to return, and, only if you opted in, occasional AI tips and workshop or service announcements.
- To protect the website from abuse and keep it running.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
3. Service providers
A few trusted services help us operate. They only see what they need to perform their function:
- Vercel — hosts the website and serves pages to your browser.
- Resend — delivers email generated by the contact form and Maker Space registration. If you opt in to our newsletter, your email is added to a Resend audience so we can send those updates.
- Supabase — securely stores Maker Space workshop registrations and progress in a managed database.
4. Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain a record of work we’ve done. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we’ll honor the request unless we’re required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.
5. Your choices
- You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete that information.
- You can opt out of future emails from us at any time.

6. Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
